Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of Kavello's Terms and Conditions. It applies to prompts, uploaded images and other material, generated outputs, and use of the Service.

1. Permitted use

You may create lawful, non-sexual images and videos for creative projects, product demonstrations, social posts, and similar purposes. Use only material you own or have permission to use, respect other people's rights, and review outputs before sharing them. Permission to use an input does not override the restrictions below.

Non-deceptive restoration and changes to clothing, hair, background or artistic style in photos you are authorized to use are permitted, subject to these restrictions and provider rules. This does not permit identity swapping, impersonation or non-consensual intimate edits. Obtain any necessary permission for every person in a group photo, including guardian permission where applicable.

2. Prohibited content and use

Do not create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including content involving consenting adults;
• child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• harmful or illegal content, including credible threats, encouragement of violence, hateful abuse, targeted harassment, fraud, scams, malware, or instructions that create serious harm;
• identity-swapping face edits, deceptive or harmful deepfakes, unauthorized manipulation of a person’s likeness, impersonation, forged evidence, or identity abuse;
• infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, likeness, voice, or other rights; or
• attempts to bypass moderation, access restrictions, or other safety controls, including disguising prohibited requests in prompts or uploads.

3. Enforcement and reporting

We may review, block, remove, or restrict content and suspend or terminate accounts under our Terms. A generated result or an automated screening decision is not permission to violate this Policy. Do not publish prohibited outputs; report them to support@kavello.app.

To report abuse or request review of a decision, contact the same address with the relevant task ID or URL and a short explanation. Do not email illegal material or unnecessary sensitive information. Payment and credit treatment remains subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
